We specialise in providing direct investment opportunities in New Zealand Radiata pine and Douglas-fir forests. We are the only NZ company to provide multi site multi species investments to the public and the first to offer Douglas-fir forest investment to the public. Our projects include forests from Marlborough at the north of the South Island to Waimate in South Canterbury. Forests have also been established for individual investors. 250 investors have funded the 34 plantation forests we have developed.
Our philosophy is to develop forests containing high value timber while enhancing the physical environment and the quality of life of the local community. We aim to provide investors with a satisfying involvement and a rewarding outcome.
