Warren Forestry Joint Ventures to Date

Previous public projects have similar profiles to the current one, Seventh Forest Partnership. They include forests from Marlborough to Waimate in South Canterbury. Forests have also been established for individual investors.

Seventh Forest Partnership - 2003

'GF Plus' Radiata pine aged cuttings on this partnership's site at 'Hopefield Station', North Canterbury. There are two other Radiata Clearwood stands and one Douglas fir stand in this partnership. These are on Glens of Tekoa & Gola Peaks in North Canterbury and Chimney Creek in Marlborough.

Mt Whitnow Forest Partnership - 2001/2

This partnership has planted four stands of Douglas-fir in North Canterbury and one of Radiata pine at Tai Tapu near Christchurch in 2001 & 2002. The Douglas-fir will produce premium quality, naturally durable construction timber and the Radiata stand, which is 'GF Plus' aged cuttings, will predominantly produce clearwood.

Triple Ridge Forest Partnership - 1999

Triple Ridge Forest Partnership consists of four separate forests on three North Canterbury properties. Planting was completed in August 2000 of 215ha Radiata pine, 50ha Douglas-fir and 3ha Monterey cypress (macrocarpa).

Insignis Forest Partnership - 1997

Radiata pine GF 28 thriving on 'The Ramshead' in the Waihopai valley, Marlborough. They were planted in 1997 by Warren Forestry's Insignis partnership which also has stands in the Waikakaho Valley north of Blenheim and near Waimate in South Canterbury. The Waihopai valley is south of Renwick in Marlborough.

Ten year old 'Fort Bragg' Douglas-fir, grown for construction timber, on 'Glens of Tekoa' inland North Canterbury. These dark green healthy trees are part of 50ha planted there by Warren Forestry's - Six Hills Forest Partnership, which has six Canterbury pine and fir plantations.

Nine year old pruned Radiata pine on 'Glens of Tekoa', part of three pine & two Douglas fir stands planted by Amuri Hills Forest Partnership, the first prospectus based multi-site, multi-species forest investment created by Warren Forestry. This stand is one of twelve we have established on Tekoa.
